Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, is seeking a dedicated manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver the one-of-a-kind guest experience across its locations. This role requires at least two years of restaurant management, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and the ability to train and develop a team while maintaining a safe, engaging atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Two years restaurant management experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret English safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills; proficient with computers and Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of hourly team members.
• Ensure restaurants maintain a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to staff to ensure smooth shifts.
• Oversee performance of assistant managers and hourly team members with follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs and ensure guest experiences are exceptional.
• Execute operations policies and programs; report information to the Area Director.
• Must be flexible to work a 50-hour workweek; additional hours during peak seasons.
