ACG BBQ, LLC, a Sonny’s BBQ licensee, is seeking a capable restaurant manager to lead daily operations and deliver the one-of-a-kind guest experience Sonny’s is known for at each location.

This role requires at least two years of restaurant management, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is on-site and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to read and write English; communicate clearly with staff and guests.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; proficient with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing hourly team members.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly staff; address needs and concerns daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Monitor hourly staff performance and follow up to maintain standards.
• Respond to immediate store needs and guest requests; ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee and implement store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Work up to 50 hours per week during peak periods.
