Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC. operates Sonny’s BBQ and seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, engaging dining environment.

The manager will collaborate with the General Manager, oversee shifts, and ensure policy compliance, while adapting to peak seasons and business needs. This position is on-site at our Alabama locations.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to communicate in English (reading and speaking).
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations to provide a memorable guest experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant environment.
• Set clear benchmarks and oversee hourly staff performance.
• Report to General Manager and adapt to peak seasons and business needs.
• Work 45–50 hours per week as required.
