Jersey Mike's is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and drive daily restaurant operations while building a positive, high-performing team. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and help with hiring, onboarding, and training to maintain Jersey Mike's standards of food quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while maintaining standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality during each shift.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and food cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operating standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide positive resolutions.
• Support scheduling, daily operations, and restaurant performance goals.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, team-first culture.
