Responsibilities

• Lead shifts while maintaining Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality; assist with inventory and cost controls.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide positive resolutions.
