You'll coach, onboard, and train staff, ensure food quality and guest service, manage scheduling, labor, and costs, and support store performance goals with accountability and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams or in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with the General Manager to ensure a great guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality across shifts.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving deliveries, and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and create positive resolutions.
• Support scheduling, daily operations, and performance goals.
