Jersey Mike's is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations and building a high-performing team. You’ll coach staff, hire and train new employees, and lead shifts while upholding Jersey Mike's standards for quality and service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure guest experience.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts while maintaining standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality throughout shifts.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues.
