Jersey Mike's Bluffdale is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and building a high-performing team. You’ll coach, onboard, and train staff while upholding Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management, shift leadership, or supervisory experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with the GM to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members; onboard and train new staff.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of employees.
• Lead shifts while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality during each shift.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
