Jersey Mike's Sammamish is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to run daily operations and build a positive, high-performing team.

You will coach, hire, train, and lead shifts while maintaining food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, with opportunities for advancement and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with the General Manager to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Lead shifts while maintaining Jersey Mike's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food quality during shifts.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving deliveries, and controlling food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operating standards.
