Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Food safety certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations with GM on shift.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness and service standards.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and costs.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
