Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Coach, onboard, and develop team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Lead shifts, maintain standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor labor, productivity, and food costs; manage inventory and ordering.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues.
