You will coach, hire, onboard, and train staff, lead shifts, ensure food safety and quality, monitor labor and costs, and drive guest satisfaction. This role offers growth toward general management within a fast-paced, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service environment preferred.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage shifts and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
