Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager who will support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering memorable customer experiences. You will lead by example, train staff, and recognize performance to drive daily success.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage restaurant operations during the RGM’s absence, handle cash controls and labor, and contribute to hiring, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management including cash control, inventory and labor.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion KFC culture, values, equity and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead recognition, collaboration and motivation across the team.
• Identify and recruit talent, supporting the RGM in hiring.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals and coaching.
• Adhere to corporate policies and health and food safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling KFC Connect Success Routine.
• Oversee shift responsibilities and high food safety standards in RGM absence.
• Provide ongoing feedback and address employee relations issues as they arise.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring Team Members, promoting equity and belonging.
• Contribute to Profit & Loss management and controls, including cash handling and labor.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety compliance.
