Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Denton, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, coaching the team, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

You’ll handle daily operations in the RGM’s absence, drive performance, and foster a culture of fun, growth, and inclusion while maintaining safety and food standards. This role includes a 50-hour workweek with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant/retail management.
• Ability to manage P&L, inventory, and labor.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Model the KFC Connect Success Routine and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee operations in the RGM's absence and ensure food safety.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support, addressing employee relations as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members with an inclusive culture.
• Assist with daily cash control, security, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and drive performance improvements.
• Support health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
