KBP Brands, owner of the KFC franchise, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams, uphold service standards, and drive daily operations in a fast-paced setting. This role offers growth opportunities within a nationwide quick-service organization and emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

You will manage staff, ensure safety, and model excellent service while supporting a dynamic, customer-focused environment with ongoing training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
