KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards and inspire the team. You’ll lead by example, training, coaching and recognizing your staff to deliver memorable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you!

In this role you’ll take charge of daily operations in the RGM’s absence, make key decisions and drive the team toward excellence. Growth opportunities and a fun, demanding environment await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management, inventory and labor.
• Train, coach and recognize staff to drive performance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and food safety standards.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence and make key decisions.
• Collaborate with the RGM to assess team performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing and hiring Team Members with equity and inclusion in mind.
• Support Profit & Loss management, cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
