KFC Grand Rapids is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in upholding brand standards and leading a high-performing team. You will train, coach, and recognize team members to deliver memorable guest experiences, while taking charge of daily operations in the RGM's absence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead by example and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer satisfaction by modeling brand standards.
• Oversee team responsibilities and food safety.
• Step in for RGM during absence and drive daily operations.
• Collaborate with RGM on performance feedback and hiring.
• Assist with P&L, cash handling, inventory, and labor management.
• Support facility maintenance and health/safety compliance.
