Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service/retail/customer service.
• Serve Safe Certification is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager with operations coverage.
• Supervise shifts and train hourly employees.
• Manage facilities, cleaning tasks, and basic financial controls.
• Conduct health and safety audits.
• Hire, coach, and performance manage team members.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Support marketing plans execution.
