Jersey Mike's Olympia is seeking a Shift Leader to help guide day-to-day restaurant operations and foster a thriving environment for customers and team members. You’ll lead by example, provide outstanding service, and ensure subs are prepared to Jersey Mike's standards.

We value leaders with a positive attitude, coaching mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow. Previous shift leadership is preferred but not required, and flexible scheduling with evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Experience in shift leadership is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends/holidays.

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
