Job summary

Burger King is seeking a motivated leader to guide daily operations at our Monee location. You will supervise front-line staff, uphold guest services standards, and partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive quality, speed, and cleanliness.

This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a proven ability to manage schedules, train teammates, and resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
