Job summary

Burger King is seeking a dedicated team member with supervisory experience to join our Joliet restaurant. This role focuses on developing leadership within the team, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring daily operations meet quality and safety standards.

You will train new hires, lead huddles, and monitor performance to drive guest satisfaction and financial results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

• Ensures product quality and operational standards are met.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets are met.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates cost controls and adjusts as needed.
