The role requires 2+ years of leadership in fast-paced retail, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Competitive hourly pay applies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment (3+ years preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and develop associates.
