Requires a minimum of 2 years retail management, a high school diploma, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $60,000–$72,000 per year DOE, plus benefits and an annual bonus based on store performance.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, motivate, lead, and develop a store team.

• Greet customers and assist with finding items; answer phone courteously.
• Keep store neat and organized; manage cash register and transactions.
• Process shipments and deposits; manage store expenses and profitability.
