Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Open availability to cover a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous leadership experience in retail or food service.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service and greet customers.
• Follow, interpret, and enforce store policies with staff.
• Suggest purchases and promote store specials.
• Ensure sanitation and proper food handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store interior and exterior.
• Restock shelves and displays to minimize out-of-stock.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Manage food service programs to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Report to work promptly, in uniform and groomed.
• Assist in preparing weekly supplier orders.
• Handle cashier duties and operate store equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies when the manager is unavailable.
