Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a manager or supervisor role.
• Retail or food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service demeanor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• History of leading by example and integrity.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 operation including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and foster return visits.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise staff and evaluate performance.
• Monitor daily financial transactions and identify cash or inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain shelves and stock levels; restock as needed.
• Ensure timely product orders and reconcile deliveries.
• Manage foodservice programs to maximize sales and profits.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
