LOFT in Tulalip, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and nurture a strong store culture for associates, acting as a store leader who builds relationships with customers and the team.

You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates to embody the brand, and collaborate with the Store Manager on talent recruitment and development, while driving omnichannel shopping and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results.
