LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Roseville, MN to support the customer experience and shape store culture. You’ll lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and coach associates to build genuine customer connections.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, developing talent, using POS tech, and driving store performance. A hospitality mindset and 1+ year in retail management are preferred.
