LOFT at Annapolis, MD seeks an Assistant Manager to support customer experiences and foster a strong store culture. You will act as a sales-floor leader, cultivate genuine connections, and coach associates to embody the brand’s service approach.

You’ll help recruit, develop talent, and use technology to enable a seamless omnichannel experience while driving operational excellence alongside the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen with ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a customer-focused environment delivering exceptional experiences
• Lead on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers
• Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections
• Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged
• Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent
• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline
• Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team
