Job summary

Wonder is hiring an Assistant Manager for a Wonder restaurant. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional customer service while leading a team in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires at least two years in restaurant supervision, open availability, and a focus on efficiency and team development. Location will be within 40 miles of Dallas, TX as home base with travel across stores.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisor/management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a 15+ member team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by state/local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding priorities and operational changes.
• Demonstrate effective floor management for staff deployment and efficiency.
• Drive restaurant sales and service efficiency by resolving obstacles.
• Supervise inventory and food safety protocols to ensure accuracy and shelf-life compliance.
• Provide ongoing training in kitchen and dining room operations.
