FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership across service bays, front counter, and back office. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching teams, and delivering fast, high-quality automotive service in a safe environment.

You will supervise daily operations, assist with scheduling, onboarding, and customer experience while upholding brand standards and compliance. This is an at-will position with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with service bay time.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiar with POS and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Availability for weekends and some holidays; high school diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store in the manager's absence and supervise daily operations.
• Coach, train, and motivate technicians and service advisors to deliver quality service.
• Schedule team coverage during peak hours and busy seasons.
• Onboard and train new team members on procedures and POS usage.
• Greet customers and explain services to reflect speed, quality, and trust.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering as directed.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
