Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations across service bays, front counter, and back office. This hands-on role leads by example, coaching technicians and service advisors to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality automotive service.

You will help schedule, onboard new teammates, manage cash handling and POS transactions, and monitor safety and cleanliness to reflect brand standards while driving customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a retail, automotive service, or customer-facing leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment including service bay time.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations in the manager's absence.
• Coach and train technicians and service advisors to ensure quality service.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable shop reflecting brand standards.
