FullSpeed Automotive is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations across service bay, front counter, and back office. You will lead a team, coach technicians and advisors, and help schedule coverage during peak times while ensuring safety and quality.

The role emphasizes input on customer experience, service recommendations, and upholding brand standards. We seek a hands-on leader with strong communication, basic math and cash-handling skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or automotive service leadership roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiarity with POS.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate technicians and service advisors.
• Schedule coverage during peak hours.
• Onboard and train new teammates on procedures and POS.
• Foster a positive team environment reflecting company values.
• greet customers, explain services, and upsell per guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor store sales, productivity, and KPIs.
