Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional client service and support the boutique team. You will engage with clients, assist Fashion Advisors, and help maintain seamless store operations across touchpoints.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a passion for CHANEL's brand and client experience. A flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or boutique experience is preferred.
• Ability to deliver personalized service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service inspired by CHANEL's service mantra and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Welcome clients and assist with hosting duties while moving through the boutique.
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and presentation of purchases.
• Assist in pulling product from stockroom and setting up fitting rooms for clients.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers to fulfill client requests.
• Log alterations in ACET during fittings to support the client experience.
