Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management is essential.
• Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: supervise and plan daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive KPIs.
• 30% People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, and coach associates.
• 30% Operations: ensure execution of company processes and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Store opening/closing procedures, payroll hours management and scheduling accuracy.
• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment and protect assets, monitor compliance and hazmat training.
