• People: recruit, train, develop and coach staff, maintain positive relations, communicate with management.
• Operations: oversee store processes, inventory, scheduling, Omni-channel fulfillment, and adherence to company directives.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment and protect assets, including cash handling and shrink reduction.
