Job summary

Cosmoprof in Roselle, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, hire and develop staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will drive store operations, uphold brand standards, and manage omni-channel initiatives and inventory.

The role supports the Store Manager and steps in when they are unavailable. The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong communication, and scheduling flexibility to meet business needs, with a focus on delivering KPI

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
Can effectively communicate with team and management.
Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and direction to store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize sales.
Recruit, train and develop team members; coach and address performance.
Ensure execution of company processes and digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment.
Manage inventory, payroll hours, and schedules; oversee opening and closing procedures.
Maintain safety and loss prevention; protect assets and comply with policies.
