Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year of prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management required.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs required.
• Cosmetology license desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop store associates to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Recruit and train personnel; support Store Manager when needed.
• Oversee store operations and ensure brand standards and merchandising execution.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention procedures in the store.
