Job summary
CosmoProf Beauty in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver an EPIC customer experience in our hair and beauty division. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and drive sales while staying within budget and ensuring store standards.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service/retail with at least 1 year of sales management, a self-starter attitude, and a passion for hair and beauty. CosmoProf offers training and growth in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management.
- Operational, financial and performance management experience.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Self‑starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty!
Responsibilities
- Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure each customer has a great experience.
- Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, budget, expenses, inventory.
- Protect customers, associates and store assets by following safety, security rules and company policies.
- Keep the store looking its best.
