Sonic Drive-In in Kansas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will lead, train, and supervise Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops to ensure fast, friendly, high-quality service.

Responsibilities include directing staff to meet standards, handling inventory, and resolving guest requests. This role requires flexible hours and a strong customer-service mindset.

Formación

• Six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management.
• Ability to train, coach and develop team members.
• Effective communication and basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support employees to ensure quality food, clean and safe service.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost; complete weekly inventory.
• Address guest requests and resolve complaints.
• Follow employee handbook, policies and practices.
