SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in daily drive-in operations, including training staff, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The role requires coordinating shifts, maintaining inventory, and upholding company policies.

Applicants should demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and be willing to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. This position is on-site at our SONIC Drive-In in Kansas.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant management or retail management preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to train and support staff while maintaining service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct staff to ensure food service meets operational standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant per procedures.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost controls.
