Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and math skills; able to follow directions with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches team members, carhops, and skating carhops.
• Directs and assigns staff to meet service and safety standards.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties and handles inventory checks.
• Maintains customer service focus and resolves guest concerns promptly.
• Supports administrative tasks and records documentation.
