Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Jackson, TN is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations and to train and coach crew members for quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops to ensure service quality.
• Directs and assigns staff to meet operational standards for food service.
• Monitors staffing, inventory, and food cost control; completes weekly inventory.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties; maintains required documentation.
