Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Mississippi is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running day-to-day drive-in operations. You will train and supervise Team Members, ensure food quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and help maintain safe, efficient service.

The role requires flexible hours, experience in restaurant management or supervision, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a focus on delivering an enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running drive-in operations.
• Train and supervise Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost; conduct weekly inventories.
