Job summary

• Strong communication, math, reading and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches Team Members, Carhops, and staff to meet service standards.
• Performs opening and closing duties and monitors staffing levels.
• Controls inventory and food costs.
• Resolves guest complaints and ensures a positive dining experience.
• Maintains documentation and records as required.
