Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Everett, WA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations. You will train and coach Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to deliver quality food, service, and cleanliness.

You will manage staffing, inventory, and financial controls, perform opening/closing duties, and ensure guest satisfaction through responsive service and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills and basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
• Direct and schedule staff to meet operational standards and guest demand.
• Assist in administrative duties and maintain records and documentation.
• Ensure customer service is prioritized and guest complaints are resolved promptly.
