In this role you will recruit, hire, and develop talent; use technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience; and drive operational excellence with sound business decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a POS system.
• Strong business acumen; able to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
