KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 1570-The Mall in Columbia, MD to support the customer experience and shape a positive store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model the brand’s behaviors, and help employees connect with customers.

The role requires 1+ year of retail management, a hospitality mindset, tech proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to translate business data into action plans that drive results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system (POS).
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities
