Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead to drive personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and management experience (preferred). A strong communicator who coaches others, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends, will thrive in this role at Store 2955-Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip, WA.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and step in as manager when needed.
• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Onboard and develop an effective, highly engaged team.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to each associate.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Stay informed on promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience.
