Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager for their Goldsboro location. This role supports the Restaurant General Manager by managing shifts and ensuring adherence to YUM Brand standards.

The successful candidate will oversee team performance, manage inventory, and ensure the restaurant provides safe, quality food. Benefits include paid sick leave, 401K after one year, and medical/dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.

Salary Range: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 80% of the shift time.
