COASTAL PLAINS RESTAURANTS LLC A NORTH CAROLINA LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Store 24225 in Goldsboro, NC. The role focuses on leading shifts, maintaining YUM Brand standards, inventory and financial accountability, and delivering safe, quality food in a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience, basic computer literacy, and a readiness to promote internally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy required.
• Internal promotion preferred from Shift Manager role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong business math and accounting skills; analytical/decision-making ability.

You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
